History

This is the first of a "class" or "group" of ships to have mast cross-trees. The other vessels in the class are:- Kanchow, Kueichow, Liangchow, Luchow and Yingchow.

October 1922. The ship struck a submerged object south of Amoy, beached at Kusan.

May 1936. Sold to Chinese ship breakers at Shanghai.
