History
The "Pakhoi IV" is almost identical to the successful buildings, "Chekiang III" and "Soochow V" class of vessels. The deck cranes being vertical from the main deck, the for'd crane is one container height lower. Total crew:- 20.
1997. Delivered as "Pakhoi IV" to the China Navigation Co., registered on the Monrovia register. The sister ship "Pegasus Pannant" belonged to Korean Swire subsidiary Dong Young Shipping Co.
1997. Placed on charter and renamed "Rio Apure" Registered owner China Navigation Co. Monrovia.
2000. Renamed "P & O Nedlloyd "Manus" Registered owner China Navigation Co. Ltd. Monrovia.
2001. Renamed "Pakhoi" Registered owner China Navigation Co. Ltd. Hong Kong.
2004. Renamed "OSG Admiral" Registered owner Sinotec Maritime Ltd. Hong Kong.
