History

The vessel is similar in appearance to the "Hunan I" class, except for the longer poop structure, apparently a transition to the "Chinkiang" class of vessels which followed.

October 1931. Sold to the Anglo-Danish Shipping Co. Shanghai, then broken up.

Service

Built for the China coast trade. Operating the 2 to 3 times per week service from Shanghai to Chefoo and Tientsin along with the "Chungking I", "Wuchang II" and "Tungchow II / Hsin Peking II"
