Template:Convert/valdisp/frac

This subtemplate is called by {{convert/valdisp}} to process fractions according to whether the whole number part (i.e. the a in a ^b⁄_c) is positive, negative or zero calling {{convert/valdisp/frac/1}}, {{convert/valdisp/frac/-1}} or {{convert/valdisp/frac/0}} respectively.
