1964. Reverted to "Woodford". Placed on demise charter to John Swire & Sons. Renamed Woosung III.
1969. Purchased by CNCo. along with her sister ships.
April 1976. Sold to Guan Guan Enterprising (Hong Kong) Ltd., Singapore. Renamed "New Dragon".
May 30th. 1978. Departed Karachi for Shanghai for demolition.
